Description

This stone has a very generous surface area and is very pleasant to use as well. It quickly produces slurry that turns black in a minute - evidence of its speed. It finishes with a bright silvery kasumi. Very good for refined edges that still have plenty of tooth for tomatoes in a ktichen setting.
